Humans aren't all the same. Like animals, they exhibit an astonishing range of personalities. Just as different animals have unique instincts and behaviours shaped by nature, so too do people manifest in varying ways influenced by their environment, upbringing, and natural predispositions. This isn’t science — it’s a personal lens I use to understand the wild range of people I encounter. In the animal world, domestication isn’t just about taming — it’s a genetic shift, shaped over generations. Like how women are encouraged to be kind and cooperative, and men to guard or dominate. Over time, habituated traits become genetically set. There are domesticated tame types, bred for gentleness, and domesticated aggressive types, shaped to distrust and control people. Then there are the wildtypes — those untouched by the shaping hand of civilisation. Culture today seems hijacked by viral memetic brain worms, spreading like wildfire to a collective on autopilot, who are serving the tools of that viral transmission, instead of the body. As one author put it; " If Technology Is a Parasite Masquerading as a Symbiont — Are We the Host? "

The dentist blames you But it is not true It is down to our domestication Impacted wisdom teeth And metal allergies That span many generations Supernumerary are we Partial anodontia, we see Lots of retention, displacement and distension It is time we stopped treating Wisdom with contempt Due to ignorance, greed and manipulation

Where is the line between male and female Between humans and animals Between the air I breathe, being And not being Me? Where is the line between man and technology Between natural and synthetic biology Between domestication Or being wild and Free? What is natural today, when even the weather is manmade? We have domesticated plants and animals Our bodies and the planet But why? Why do we do it?
