Mind Blind

The one percent are we

Whose minds that cannot see

Some of what we know

Is from an internal radio show

For a TV screen we lack, the show is all but black

Our thinking is through intuition

Though some may call that superstition

And connected to this unusual quirk

Is the fact we can be such forgetful jerks

It's not that we don't value the info

It’s that it’s stored differently

Not to go into the lingo

If you want us to remember a thing

Repetition is key, to get it to sink in

So don’t feel hurt by how our memory works

Forgetting things is all we know

Partly because

We can’t re-watch the show

A Marriage of Science & Mysticism

Dysikonesia, Aphantasia and a Sophisma: Uncovering a Key to the Minds Mental Mixing Deck. Smell  -   Clairalience   clarity of thought in smell. Taste  -   C lairgustance ,   clarity of thought in taste. Touch  -   Clairtangency , clarity of thought in physical sensation or

Anauralia and Anendophasia

"In the silent tenebrous abyss, feelings ebb and flow. Thoughts swim like fishes, in the eternal depth below the surface of my mind, where knowing likes to grow " - Impossible Language . The vocabulary for mental perception is expanding. It is satisfying to see the  key is holding out as science works to categorize this new frontier: Aphantasia (Vision/Eye) "The inability to form mental images of real or imaginary people, places, or things." Alexithymia (Emotion/Heart) "Alexithymia is when a person has difficulty experiencing, identifying, and expressing emotions." Anauralia (Sound/Ear) "Anauralia is the phenomenon of an absence of auditory sensory imagery - not hearing anything in one's inner ear" We can now add; Anendophasia (Speech/Voicebox) "Recent research introduces 'anendophasia' as a term for the absence of inner speech, revealing that not everyone experiences internal dialogue. The study compared adults with low and hig
